Complaints form
If you find that noise emanating from licensed premises, or the behaviour of persons making their way to or from licensed premises, is unduly offensive, annoying, disturbing or inconvenient to you as a nearby resident, worker or worshipper, you can lodge a complaint with the city council (as the licensing authority).
If you feel comfortable in doing so, it is recommended that you raise your concerns with the licensee before lodging a complaint. The matter may be resolved quickly without outside intervention.
